AI formulation engine
Generates structured draft formulations across nine clinical sections. Hardcoded JSON mapping prevents AI hallucination of data structure. All names are pseudonymised before AI processing. Every output is watermarked as an AI-generated draft.
Pen portrait and document scanner
Condition-specific biographical sections render dynamically based on the individual's primary condition. Server-side PDF text extraction allows clinicians to scan multi-page clinical histories. All extracted data is presented in an editable preview for manual verification before saving.
ABC incident tracking
Structured capture of antecedents, behaviours, consequences, PRN medication use, and non-pharmacological interventions. Collapsible detailed views support granular clinical review across incidents over time.
Symptom and medication management
Real-time cholinergic burden scoring. Visual alerts for extrapyramidal side effects (EPSE). Temporal correlation tracking between medication dose changes and observed symptoms.

Licensing
Available under flexible licensing for individual services, multi-site organisations, and NHS trusts. Deployable as a standalone platform or integrated into existing clinical workflows.
Deploying organisations are responsible for appointing a Data Protection Officer and Clinical Safety Officer prior to clinical use, and for staff training on appropriate use of AI-generated drafts.
